What TripNeverHappens is

TripNeverHappens is an entertainment product — a simulated travel booking experience. You choose a destination, a flight, a hotel and some upgrades, and the site produces a confirmation for a trip that does not exist.

What it is not

• It is not a travel agency. We are not a tour operator, an agent, or an intermediary, and no booking relationship is created between you and anyone.
• No travel services are sold. Flights, hotels, transfers and every other item are fictional and are not available for purchase.
• Prices are invented. Every amount shown is simulated. They do not reflect real fares or rates and should not be used to plan anything.
• Tickets and boarding passes are not valid. Any boarding pass, confirmation or reference number produced here is decorative. It is not accepted by any airline, hotel or authority.
• No payment occurs. We never request, collect, process or store payment card details. The card shown at checkout is a prop using a well-known public test number. You are charged nothing, because there is no payment processor involved at any point.

Airlines, hotels and brands

Every airline, hotel and payment brand in this product is invented. We do not use, imply an affiliation with, or impersonate any real airline, hotel, hotel group, booking platform or payment provider, and no such brand’s trademark, logo or livery appears anywhere in the interface. Airport codes and place names are real geographic references only.

Photography is licensed from Wikimedia Commons under free licences and is credited on the about page. Some interior photographs were taken in real hotel rooms and are used as generic imagery for our fictional properties; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any pictured establishment is implied.

Your account

You can use the entire product without an account. If you create one, you may delete it and all associated data at any time from your account page. We ask that you do not use a display name that impersonates someone else or that is abusive.

Acceptable use

Do not present anything generated here as a genuine booking, ticket or receipt. Share cards and boarding passes are labelled as fake for exactly this reason, and removing or obscuring that labelling in order to mislead someone is not a use we permit.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose locally stored trips, or stop existing entirely. Given that the product’s core promise is that nothing happens, we hope this is not a surprise.
